Ok im not really a newb but this is such a newb question im afraid to ask it..lol..I currently have a Fusion Jonah Lomu 15" sub and a decnt box but its not that good....now it is a loud sub but im wondering if id be better off getting a pair or alpine type r's or a couple type x's.....the amp i have is a Fusion Jonah Lomu 1200 w rms monoblock. Now i know every car is differnt but i havent honestly heard a good setup with either sub..the place i bought it from says with a decnt box i shoudl be able to hit 150's al day long with that sub and amp...i know its nowhere close to that any help...insight? And if i decide to keep it can someone help be design a box?? phil

with what sub? you arent gonna get either into the 50s with 1200 watts and still be musical

im not looking for 150's id be happy with 140 or so to be honesta dn to be fully honest i could care less...kinda seeing if anyone has heardeither setup or has the same...phil

i don't know if it would make a huge difference with a better box, i mean unless the one you have is just rediculously offsize, like the size of a shoebox.
