can anybody tell me how to install a high output alternator and where i can get one? my gauges keep flickering and it's annoying when i'm driving. any other suggestions would be welcomed. thanks

Okay couple things here.

Your gauges are flickering, do you have some massive car stereo in the trunk, that is causing this, or do they just flciker.

If they are just flickering, on then off and on and off, most likely it is a bad ground someplace.

If they are dimming, then going back to full bright, if can be caused by a loose connection someplace.

A high output alternator takes place of the stock one, same place, just bolts up.

nope no massive stereo system in the car just a head unit. trouble is i have to find the connection that may be loose. any ideas where to look? thanks

if you dont have any additional current draw a HO alt isnt helping you for anything.
