I have decide to finally upgrade my stereo from stock.
i really dont want to take up any trunk space with subs so im going with a good pair of 6x9
here is what i have looked at
6x9-Soundstream SST6.9
-rms 150
4x6-Soundstream SST4.6
-rms 100
head unit-Pioneer DEH-P7800MP

ok so what i need help with is what amp should i buy to get the speakers full potetial
i have been looking and im a little overwelhmed
should i go with one multi channel amp
or two 2-channel amps
i could use a push in the right direction

also if you have any other sugestions on speakers or a different head unit plz do not hesitate

Well... are you set on the soundstream 4x6's? I'd upgrade those to 6 1/2's, but that's just me. Then i'd get me an amp that does around 75x4@4 ohm.

I would listen to Lanman, upgrade the 4X6 to a 6.5. Then get a 75x4@4ohm amp.

GIT 'ER DONE!

Vibe is ok, it's not super good. I'm running a good bit of lanzar optidrive stuff.

Either get http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/2471

or get that tarantula amp.

Pioneer is not the best bang 4 the buck, as far as I'm concerned, too pricey not enough sound quality. Try a Kenwood or Blaupunct, had both and I'm picky on how clear my highs and lows are. As far as the 6.5 go they r a pain to try and fit in opening go down to a 6.0 round with a kit and much easier to install. But that's my opinion!
