WTS sub corner boxes

So there is no real swap meet section, which I think should be added but whatever . But i'm at a loss as to where to put this..

BUT! I'm going to make two(one for each corner) fiberglass sub enclosures for the rear corners of the trunk. Basicly to save space, sound good, and look good. These will of course be molded to the interior corners of the trunk to assure a perfect fit..

I'm making them to either sell or trade, but if you're trading I want audio components as I don't need anything for my cavy(except audio and e-windows/locks) most of my money goes towards the Camaro. So make offers/equip. I may make a few more but it's very time consuming.

I can make them for any subsize, I just need dementions, and depth if they are overly deep.

Thanks.

(move this if need be)

You need to make them, show everyone and then try to sell them.
I'm sure there is interest, but nobody's gonna buy something they haven't seen.
You are also going to have a better chance with selling them and most likely you could make more by selling them.

And ya, this might get locked/moved, idk.

You think there is a market here though? I'd hate to make 'em and not get rid of them. I'll start them tomorrow morning. I may be done by the night time. We'll see.

Ya, go look at the thread called "trunk progress pics", i think, and you can see that he did the same thing and there was interest.

I have two 12" audiobahns and one 15" JBL i have the JBL in atm with a 1600 want hooked to it but my problem is that the sub is 1200rms so i cant bridge the sub because the amp kicks out the sub.. So if maby anyone has any idea? I would love a fiberglass 15" box if you can i will give you the two 12"s thanks

See there in lies the problem.

Making them before hand is rather hard because of the different sizes of subs. I can make the 15, but I can't sell the same one to a 12" dude.

Oh, and if I made you one Street, would you want it in the corner or somehow fit it in the center? I'll have to look in my trunk and make measurments.

Oh if your 15 is a dual voice coil just rewire it for more resistance.

Doing that is possible, just alot more time and materials...

What do you mean "Just trying to figure out how to get it work right with the 2 bucket type dips in the rear seat."

Now I assume you want the wall where the rear seat would have been. other than that I have no clue what you're talking about with the "two bucket type dips in the rear seat."

hehe i know i confuse myself aswell, but like i was trying to say didnt really think much of a wall were the back seats were but were you sit your ass take that seat out and you see the metal body underneath it... with me so far? good

Now if you have the whole back seat out, you look on the floor wear the seat was and you see the 2 dips from were sumones ass would be sitting if the seat was still in like were the female part of the seatbelt is connected to? Wanted to get one that fits right their... hope that one helps

There was a "How-To" step by step, for that same process, last year sometime. But ican't find it. I am very interested though, for 10" subs. That's the size this member used.

i'd be interested in one for my square kicker 10". i want it to go on the passenger side of the trunk. But like it was stated above, I'd need pictures of the work.

Here's the How-To for what I plan on either doing myself (first-timer), or hiring someone to do.

Is this what you had in mind?
