I've never ran anything Cadence, but from all accounts (friends, friends of friends etc), the A7HC is supposedly a very good amplifier. They are rated accurately, run cold, and are quite efficient. Alot of guys say they do more than their 1400rms rating, which is getting close to double what that BX1000D will put out.
Based on what friends have said, they are well worth the money. I'm not a big fan of the Brutus line of Hifonics, so I say go for the Cadence amp.

The guys on RoE claim anywhere between 800-900rms for the BX1000d. I'm not sure how they tested the amp, but those are the claims. I've seen a couple claims of 1500-1600rms for the A7HC. Again, not sure how they tested it, but the Cadence HC amps do have a reputation of being pretty good.
