today i found out that my wall is trying to self destruct itself. basically the trim panels are starting to rip clean off. one side is held on by one screwthe others have pulled all the way through. i hvae all the stuff needed as far as wiring and such to do the new alt and battery rack
should I:
A) Fix the trim panels and redo the alternator and new battery rack
B) Rebuild it for two woofers and keep a two woofer setup along with A
C) Put the other 9515s I have to use and run 4 of them along with A
C is definitely the fun choice but is also gonna be a lot fo work as i dont see any way to do a flat plane wall with 4 15s and port. Sealed is not an option
oh and i do have the amps to pull off all options
oh and if any one just happens to have ever measured the back seat area out wihtout the seats in it. that would be greatly awesomely appreciated if someone could share that with me. What i really need is the width between the b pillars. If i can pull off roughly 40 inches i may be able to get all four with minor work
I dont have the seat measurments ... but i seriously have to say C...it just sounds coolest and since it aint me doing the work, i wanna see it done

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.
LOL
You might be cutting it kinda short on box volume for 4 9515s in a daily, but I'd still try if you have the equipment.
The street C box I'm building for my stroker (since my 9515s won't be in for a while - my distributor is in intensive care following a motorcycle crash last week
) is 35 inches across. You *should* be able to get 40 inches between the B-pillars, but I've never measured to see.

the back seat area is bigger than you think plus im not scared to go into the trunk. oh and i just went out and measured from ceiling to floor its about 32 inches and width is about 48 inches.
OD of the 9515s is 15.5 plus im figured my port to be no wider than ten inches. it looks like it can be done on one plane. still very skeptical but there is one way to find out.
Build it!
i just need some vacation.
I have no doubt of the room we have in our back seats, but I'm worried about airflow etc if you have to build into your trunk.
For daily, most people will recommend 4-7cubes/9515 depending on how much power they're given. If you're looking for a crazy loud DD that meters well, building into the trunk may or may not hurt your score. I'm not sure how serious you are about competiting - all my brain thinks about is improving my street B/C scores.
Not sure if this would work in your case, but have you thought about mimicking Meade's setup with sonotubes or 16" PVC in a wall setup? Complicated as hell for tuning, but it has potential. I'm thinking of trying it as well for street C, if my 9515s ever get here. It's an idea.

C is the ONLY option
You have plenty of room for the subs n'at, and you can build into the trunk as well for air space.
that is a rough idea of what it will look like actually. .I just gotta find the time and place to do it. .

it's 48 wide at the bottom..but it's WAY less at the top
if you build a box 48 wide and taller then the windows..it's not going to fit

you could move the top subs over the port alittle more and maybe fit them that way.
Just kick it crazy old school 4th order bandpass, make it look like the advent temple of boom!!!!!!
i have to pull the box and mock it up and see what i get do i have 3 volunteers to help me hold a 70 lb woofer in place lol
I'm built like a tank, i can hold it for ya.
if you were here i would hold it.......and i have a place to build it.......sounds like a road trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well i broke out the tape measure. Top is barely 38 wide bottom 48 middle 48 tall is 34 and i got lots of depth. I'll try to post up a bmp later to show you all what im thinking.
