Anyone know what the torque specs are for the alternator mounting bolts and the bolt that holds the pulley on? I have a light weight pulley I'm putting on and I don't want to over/under torque anything. Thanks. By the way, this is for an Eco motor.
just use a impact to take it off and the same to put it on..impact will do it nicely..phil
For the pulley, that's what I figured, I'm just concerned now with the mounting bolts. They don't look like they can take a heavy about of torque.
@!#$ i changed an alt on mine but i got the 2.2ohv but i just tightened it til they couldnt be tightened more...lol...i dont know bout the eco which is what im assuming u have due to the later style 3rd gen in ur pic...

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.
LOL
Nobody?! oh well, I'm putting it on in a few hours. Maybe I'll use my old torque wrench with the needle that runs down and torque the ones one there and see at what point it start turning them. Get a close idea what the specs are.
