it wont without modification seeing as you have a 1.5 Din Slot for it, but its worth modding because they are good units.. Im replacing my AVX2 DVD player with a 6.5 Double Din for the bigger screen.

last time i checked new cavaliers had d din slots in the dash, so those should fit. if you have the right mounting kit.
the american international kit gm- k422 will iso mount any double din screen unit
