I got a Sony MEX-5Di from a buddy of mine the other day and am going to put this in my cavy. The deck has no internal amp. Heres the specs on the headunit.

I have two amps at the moment a Kicker ZX750.1 mono amp which is going to be hooked up to my subs only and also have a hold of a KICKER ZX350.4 4Channel amp. Would I be able to use the 4 channel amp to hook up to my stock speakers since the HU has no amp. I've also got the premium system with the factory amp in the cavy.
I'm eventually gonna replace the speakers in the doors and rears but wanted to know if I could do this since its gonna be a little while before I get them.

Yes you can use the Kicker amp, but it might be too much power for the stockers to handle. It's possible though. I'd stick with the factory amp unless you want a reason to buy new speakers sooner.
How would I be able to connect the stock amp to the Sony?

Take the speaker out leads and hook them up to your sony's
Pilz-E the deck has NO speaker outputs. just RCA Outputs!
1st 1st gen on air.....
oh @!#$ misunderstood. I thought he meant hook up the stock amp to sony speakers. Maybe find out if a line converter works backwards? have the RCA end on the deck, and then take the speaker leads and hook them up to the stock amp? I didn't have a monsoon system so I'm not 100% sure on how they work.
I'll keep the settings on the amp low and the bass out as well till I get some better speakers. Thanks for the suggestions.
