hey i have a ford ranger and i was wondering if i could fit jl w 3's 10 's into a box that says the mounting depth is 6 - 6.5 on the jl page is says the top mount depth is 5 3/4 will this fit???

sure you can, take out the passenger seat
or check out a ranger forum and see what they say,
or try this out in other cars.
at least there you have a better chance of someone with a ranger seing it.
i believe the mounting depth goes by the center so if it is an angled box it depends in the width of the magnet. if the magnet isnt too big it should be ok. but i have had trouble fitting some of the smallest subs into boxes that will fit in a single cab ranger ad w3 would never fit the boxes i have made. and if you have a regular cab have fun eating your knees while you drive.
