dash removal

i just tried to take my dash off and im having trouble. i can get all the clips to pop out but i cant get it all the way off. if anyone else has a 2001 cavalier or something with the same radio i would greatly appreciate a little help...

it is off all the way around the radio/air condition button area, along the dashboard at the top. but around the steering wheel and to the left of the steering wheel and by the cigarette lighter i cant get.

this is the only thing stopping me from buying an indash so i would love to hear some feedback.

well if i think u r saying around the guage bezel there r a couple of bolts around that! iirc there r 3. and of course u will have 2 unplug the cigarette and it sould come off! this might b a stupid ? but do u have the top dash pad off??? cuz if not then u should b able 2 c the bolts round the guage bezel.

i took it off tonite, first time ever. it was a blast.. me and a buddy of mine used that mastersheet and did it step by step. we had a little trouble because he didnt take the right screws out of the glovebox, but other than that it went really well..

once i get my indash it will take about 10 min to take it all off and get the crappy stock thing out...
.....i cant wait............thanks
