So yea, I have cut and choped about 300ft of stock harness out of my car and after I tested everything im still using and it ALL worked fine, well after taking fuses out for eveything i dont use any more(OEM headlight fuses, OEM amp, Wiper, A/C, ect) My OBD-II seemed to lose power, well I replaced all the fuses and it didnt fix my problem.

where is my power loss?

i thought it only gets power with the key in the run position

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

I second that. I always have to turn my car to run when I take it to Checker to get it checked.

You're losing power to ignition somewhere.
