im a noob with cavs and i was wondering how hard it is to swap out the factory CD player on my '99 Cav. if it is too hard or too much work i also thought about putting in a remote CD/MP3 player under a seat or dash or even in my glovebox. any advice will be appreciated

Take the dash apart - takes about 1/2 hour to an hour, take old radio out, wire in wiring harness, set up mounting bracket, put new radio in, put dash back together.
