well, im looking for an in car DVD player/headunit. im not looking for a flip out LCD, just a deck that plays DVD's, fits our single DIN and has multiple video out's. i've always owned Pioneer headunits, but im looking for suggestions from u guys. looking for something quality and cost effective. no Pyle crap or anything like that.

No, but I did! In all honesty, check out the Jensen one. It's a decent deck with decent features, and the screen quality is fantastic.

Oh, my bad bro. Soundstream makes a basic model unit dvd player, JVC makes one that's pretty nice as well.

hey im lookin at these too i was lookin at the pioneer dehp9800 unit that is hella sexy but out of stock on crutchfield and then they dont have a pioneer amp that would put out where im lookin at hitting with subs so i checked the alpine dva-9861 unit it costs though and features the stuff i want so yeah..... although blue tooth costs extra =o( it will look sexy as hell in my car once all lit up and such

pioneer make s a unit that players radio am/fm cd and dvd.. goes about $400 buck let me know if you want it.. i could get it to you..

Will the JVC you posted play MP3's off DVD's? I was considering a DVD deck to play MP3/DVD's but I could care less about having video in my car. Not like I could watch a movie while I was driving anyway!
