I just got a set of RSX seats, which is inspiring the rest of my build. I'm going to replace the head unit with something I have laying around (for now). I'm putting in Pioneer stock sized replacements, along with a Pioneer amp and shallow depth 8". Sounds like a standard install so far. What's different is the location of the amps and sub. The amps are going into the middle of the back seat bottom, the subs in the fold down part. I'm going to hollow out these areas and cover them with matching fabric, which will be held down with velcro so I can take it off when I want to show the setup. This way I can still fold the seat down with no wasted interior space. The back seat will be reupholstered to match the fronts.
Eventually, I plan on putting in a Pioneer navigation head unit, once I can afford it. This one will have XM Traffic and Bluetooth.
hehehehehehehe thats gonna sound great IB 8s FTW
