I'm looking for a way to get my stock Headunit to play MP3's though I do not believe t hat any cavalier units do, I Have not swapped out a 00+ yet so im not sure if the plus is the same will this unit work in my car? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GMC-CHEVY-CD-MP3-PLAYER-RADIO-04-05-06-SIERRA-S10-S15_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43947QQihZ018QQitemZ280130389921QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW or is there some other stock radio I am unaware of that will, also do you think it would be possible to buy a wiring harness for the unit and the splice the wires into my cars ? the mouting bolts are probablly in different positions though as they are the same basic unit(my current one is double DIN CD/Casette RDS) I could probably just swap out the outside steel case any feedback on this would be much appreciated

dont waste your time get an aftermarket.....and those cobalt radios are not gonna fit....You can get a aftermarket that plays mp3's for 100 bucks....why spend 150+ dollars on a factory radio when you can get a decent pioneer for that price that will do everything for you (aux in put, 3 preouts, i pod connection, play any cd, and give you better sound)

im not actually using the unit to power my stero i want it to be totally stealth and i feel that a stock looking head unit will complete the look, it will be powered by a fosgate 3sixty.1
