I know this may sound like a stupid question but if i hooked 2 subs to one channel like a monoblock amp how would the output change? theres no way that it can still put ou tthe same rms wattage to both of the subs can it ?

depends on what ohm your subs are and wether they are dual or single voicecoil. your power output will be determined by that.

ok lets say they are 2 12 inch dual 4 ohm voice coil subs wired into one amp as a series/parallel to make a single 4 ohm load on an amp that has full power to any ohm load.

well if its an amp that puts out full power to any ohm load then it will put out full power. so take full power and divide it by 2. if its a 400 watt amp youlle get 200 watts to each sub.
