im installing a tv a got and the instructions say:

tv..............................car
black&green.........ground
red..........................12v (im guessing a switched 12v)
red w/ fuse.........?????????(insurance 2A)?????????

where does the fused wire go?

also would i have issues having 2 or 3 wires spliced off one line ( i have 2 grounds for my headunit so the lcd will work without handbrake and the tv?

With the fuse sounds like a constant... 2 amp fuse wired in. Red sounds like the switched.

could be the other way around....youll find out when it retains memory or not. Swap them from switched to 12 volts till it keeps memory.
and more than one connection shouldnt be a problem

the fused should be the constant I think
