hey guys anyone got plans, info or a diagram on a adapter for the front speaker of a 01 cav to convert them to 5 1/4 speakers? Or perhaps a web site that sell the adapter....

Calm down. You should have searched, in fact, the info is in the sticky at the top of the forum.
As for a template, just trace the stock 4x6 and then place a speaker ring in the middle and trace that over the factory adapters shape. Its easy, It will take a minute to do.

and nice to see that one person responds and you lump all 10 thousand plus members into the same category. kinda makes you just as bad as him doesnt it? as mentioned above theres a sticky at the top of the page or you can just go get a piece of wood, cut it so its bigger then your speaker, cut a hole in it to fit your speaker, screw the wood to your door then screw your speaker to your door.
