Hey guys how hard is it gonna be to run wires into the doors on my cavalier for my components
Thanks
Greg
Take one side of the boot off get a clothes hanger and bend it straight, tape the wire on and fish it through
is trying to pull 2 pieces of 16ga through asking too much?
It will help if you spray some lubricant on the wires before pushing them through...
2 pieces of wire will be simple.. I have several extra wires through my boots for the toyo mirrors, speakers & gauge...
good to hear i looked at the boot and was like eh i feel lazy so i didnt pull wires yet, which is ok cause my doors have to come back apart anyways cause my baffles got all dicked up
maybe ill get my rears in today
I managed to get two sets of 16ga wires through each side without removing the boot or using any lube. Both would have made it easier, but it was still possible with coat hanger, tape and patience.

I did this for my components and my power door locks. It's MUCH easier if you take the boots off. That way you can push straight through instead of shoving wires in at awkward angles.

With a little bit of persistence I was able to push 12ga through, so you shouldn't have a problem. If you don't have power locks/windows should be even easier.
its power everything but i got my 16 through no problem.
