Ignition help ASAP

To make a long story short i let my aunt drive my car.. 1st person to drive my car ever... she calls me 3 hours later and says the car wont start.... it is not the battery cause its a brand new optima red top... get to where she is.. and the damn ignition is locked in the off position... when i say locked.. I mean Seized.. wont moved back or forward.. it has never done this ever.. i need help asap as this is my only means of transportation and i need to get to work... what could possibly be the problem and some solutions as to getting this fixed.. the car is a 2002 sedan base model.. no power options.. 2200,, i have the auto lock lock kit with remotes on the car and crime stopper. please need the guru's help

Try wiggling the steering wheel while turning the key.

its not that my friend... i have done that.. the ignition is locked.. as in NO PLAY AT ALL

my 89 sunbird did this before... sprayed some dw in there and it lossened up... not 100% if it's safe to do that on a 02 (not sure if any electronics would get messed)

just to add... when my sunbird did it... it was locked as well.. (even tried vice gribs and ended up breaking off one of the pastic tabs)
