I'm looking to try to find the blinker wires for the left an right of a 03 cavalier ecotec.. base version.. i know it is around the bcm but it would help me if someone could tell me what plug to start pricking or better yet tell me which wires it is.
I'll assume that you want JUST the blinkers... probably for side markers or mirrors, eh?
The two wires you want go from the turn signal switch (top of the steering column, the panel pops off, you can tap them there if you want) to the front lamps and instrument cluster. The left turn signal is a light blue wire, pin F in the gray connector. Right is the dark blue wire, pin G same connector.
You could tap them at the cluster if you want, might be easier to access than the tight wiring at the column. At the cluster, light blue (left) is pin F, dark blue (right) is pin C. Or you could trace the wires out in the large bundle that goes thru the firewall, at the large rubber plug.
They also pass thru connector C101 (the connector under the battery tray, goes to the headlights), light blue (left) is pin J and the dark blue (right) is pin K.
Hope that helps
