I want to buy a good, bright set of headlights but don't have the cash to go full HID, so I am wondering what anyones opinion is on a good 9007 style bulb? I want something that will give off a nice bright whitish blu tint light. Thanks for any input I may get.

Silverstars are a popular and easy-to-source choice, though some are disappointed by the lack in improvement over stock.

no they do not only the regular... regular is good enough here is a picture of what they look like installed vs stock.. These are with the 9007 ultra whites and 880 ultra white fog lights.... if you decide to go krypton it is recommended that you upgrade your wire harness and the bulbs themselves are almost double the price... your looking at around 60usd for ultra white kryptons
I put in a set of Hella lights before 80/100 watts so I have already upgraded the harness plugs so they wouldn't melt. I priced a set of the True Blue Krypton's and found them for about 40 on ebay. I'll probablly go that way then later swap my Silverstars in my driving lights to them as well.
