for $209 that dosent sound bad (compared 2 $500+) but i have no clue

i got 2 4-wheeler starters from there about a year ago but it does kinda sound to good to be true.
right now with just my amp's i should be at around 250-300 amps at full tilt, but i really want to run a true 14 volt set up but im straped for cash right now.
