i went all over town to find this magical tool everyone talks about. its the tool that removes the window crank. every mechanic, car audio, and parts place told me they have never heard of or used one of these things and that i should be able to pop it off with like pliers or a screwdriver. so i went out to pop off my door panel and broke several of the clips in doing so and broke some plastic off of a cover thing.

so where is this freakin tool at!

autozone, plastic trim panel remover.....

the window crank can be done with a rag or a screw driver. then 5 screws at teh bottom, mirror sail and then pull gently

you shouldnt be breaking stuff. have a friend who knows what they are doing help

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

it's a little retaining clip.

that's how you use the tool.

to do it with a rag, use the rag in a dental floss kind of motion, and the little spring clip will pop out.
