well like sndsgood said if it works then its a good deal, assuming that you just want something that makes sound and arent really looking for great quality.

Check the speaker surround for cracks and holes. Smell the amp. Does it smell like burning electronics? Even if it works, it doesn't mean that it will work forever.
all i can say is that the 4ch rock ford amps arent that great for powering a set of subs but i have a set of 10" P1's that i had hooked up to a 2ch 600 watt Rockford amp and they hit pretty hard. but its all up to u how well u think it sounds, and why is he getting rid of it for only 60 bucks, that seems pretty cheap.
this guy throws money around like crazy. he just wants to get rid of it. Ive heard it and it sounds decent...
