hey guys, my 03 cavalier threw a P0480 code, its the cooling fan relay 1 control curcuit relay. I found the blown fuse and replaced it but it still says check engine, do i erase the code now or what?thnks
The fuse is one thing, the relay is another. See if your fan is working as it should if it is ok then just reset the computer to erase the code.
i had the same thing.. what happened was my fan froze up from snow and ice and then i made it turn free and put in a new fuse.. the light should come off when it is fixed...
