ok so im getting a new amp, an ed nine.1, and i am wondering for the wiring if i use welding cable would that be any different than using 0 gauge?

They are having a sale on wire right now 40% off. it makes 4 gauge 81 cents a foot. I know people that use welding cable and generally its not as flexible but it works fine. just please make sure you fuse it. Fires FTL

Welding wire will work just fine, just not as flexible. I think weldingsupply.com has a good deal on flexible 0awg wire. A lot of people use that for car applications.

well my dad is an electrician so he gets wholesale prices on wiring so i will be getting it for a real good price. the stuff he gets is just as flexible as anything thats 0 gauge. on another note where should i run this wire? would up the center console work better? any other suggestions?

i doubt its as flexible as my kicker wire. i can wrap it around my finger

i have mine run along the drivers side under the carpet.
