Anyone ever actually listen to a system using Hertz and or Audison Gear?
If so, what did you think?
It was an absoutly amazing expierence the speakers are so accurate it is insane i just think that they are way over priced buy thats when the you get what you pay for saying comes in by far some of the best sounding stuff i have ever heard
We started carrying them last year when we dropped a few other brands and since then we have the
Mille two ways on our sound board and running off the big 5 channel audison amp they are incredible. They are night and day difference compared to the Boston Z's. We also have an audison 5.1 along with the ML3000 sub in the owners vehicle. I have already decided everything i am going to try to order off accomodation from them this before the summer
Hertz make some awsome componets. The high energy and mille series are great all around componet sets.

I am installing some Hertz components in the front and the coaxials in the rear of a Yukon XL tomorrow, I'll have to hear them for myself to see if I like em. Just was wondering if anyone here had any? We are a Hertz and Audison dealer now, my boss is wanting me to off my JL and switch to an all Hertz set-up.
I'll post from work tomorrow on which sets we are using and how they sound.
i wanna know how they sound ...
Trust me, you wont be let down by any of the hertz products, especialy there comps. I loved the hertz high energy comps i had in my silverado.

in my s10 i had 2 hertz 10's... hertz 6 1/2 components in the doors and little hertz 4 inchers in the dash... and it sounded pretty damn good... nice and crisp... i was very impressed... for the price you cant really go wrong... there a ton cheaper then alpine, rockford, jl audio... etc.
they are the equivalent of JL audio of europe... that last post made them sound cheap so just so you know, hertz is high quality s*!t
hop on in i've got a J
Yeah I dont know any of those companys that have speakers that range from $120 to $6000. I would in no way compare Audison or Hertz to RF, JL , or Alpine.
So James, have you decided on a setup yet?
Hertz is up there with Rainbow, by far superior to Alpine, JL Audio and Rockford Fosgate.

Well here is what I thought. This is just my opinion.
They sounded as good as my JL VR 650cxi Coaxials in my Daily Driver. I did however install my speakers VERY well in my doors and they sound WAY better than most coax speakers. Plus mine are powered by my 300/4. I need to install a new power window in my door, I will post up pics of my install when I do.
The speakers we installed in the Yukon were the HiEnergy 6.5" components and the HiEnergy 6.5coax in the rear. Also he had a pair of Hertz 15" HiEnergy Subs in the rear, they wer LOUD AND CLEAR! He had his own CRUNCH 4ch he had us install, that might be why they did not osund as good as I had thought they would.
I'm not knocking them at all. They did sound VERY good. I'm on the fence still. I might change my front speakers to Hertz when I make fiberglass door panels. I will keep my CHROME JL amps and my Single 12W7 however.
I cut out the RUBBER and the foam padding under the carpet and flushed the crossover in there. No lumps. That was on the passenger side. On the driver side I installed the X-over behind the dash panel on the side of the dash.
Modified the stock tweeter to house the new one. Also mounted the speaker to the fiberglass composite door panel.
The huge 15's - This is a PRE-Fab box, he is coming back to get his Custom made box and turning this one in for store credit.
BTW, the speaker itself seems VERY familiar to my JL VR's, the frame construction and the soft dome tweeter and all. Overall they sounded pretty damn good.
Can't wait till someone pays for some sound dampening for their doors and a Nice quality amp to power them so I can see how they sound at their potential.
i got a herts energy 10 inch but this summer im buying my dads sunfire and im gonna go with components in front 6x9's in back and the sub though i may get anouther to go with my curent sub and of courst they will all me herts and i have an infinity 4 ch. that im gonna use and im gonna get an infinity monoblock or 1000W 2ch if i get anouther sub to go with the one i already got reason im goin with infinity is i already have one 4 channel and i dont like to mix brands to much all this is running off my kenwood deck |(i cant remember the model # but it was a 400$ deck after tax)
