Correct Wiring Harness For Headunit Install

OK, I searched and came up with several different part numbers. Which is the cheapest and most effective way to install a head unit into a 2004 J. What year vehicle and model should I be using?

and as far as using the windshield wiper fuse, just run a long wire from the HU harness to fuse panel?

METRA 70-2003
Also, it might take an extra minute or two but if you take off the steering wheel shroud you can access the ORANGE ACCESSORY wire in the IGNITION harness and make your connection therer to turn on the radio. Cleaner than the fuse tap.
