Is it possible to get an alarm system installed in my cavalier? It doesn't have power anything, thats why i would like to know. And what are some cheaper but decent alarms being that i am putitng money into the car i would like to protect it.

with some actuators and some relays its no problem....i like almost anything made by DEI and prestige..i got this
ONE HERE and it works great, its been in my car for over a year not a single problem......
so it is possible even though i do not have power locks? and how much would the extra things cost me to do this?

ok if you wanna do power for all four doors you need

if you wanna go all out you could also add buttons, but i just wired mine up to the alarm only.
If you never installed any thing i would say pay some one to do it... GL
you don't actually need power locks even installed for an alarm to go in, i just installed one in my buddys civic with no power locks, just remember to lock your doors and it's just as effective, only it's less convienent. but ont e other hand actuators are not hard to have put in either, it's all up to what you want.
