Looks like my driver's side door sensor is fried so I ordered a new one from my local dealership. Has anyone installed one of these before? What should I expect? I'm guessing it's just a single wire running through the pin that needs to be reconnected but how does it come out? Doesn't seem to be threaded. Do I just give'r and yank it out? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks guys
just pull it out not to hard as youll rip the wire out of it but it shouldnt be to hard. then there is a simple clip on the back just reconnect and pop it back in, then shut the door to adjust it.
You can get them from an auto parts store too, and probably cost a lot less.
i got mine from the junkyard, it just sits a little loose in the hole though now...
