My brother has what i believe is a 96 sunfire. He is trying to hook up a aftermarket shift light up to it but we have no clue where to hook it to the coil. Can some one please chime in and help us figure out what wire to hook it to? It is a 5 speed just in case you need to know. Thanks
look under the hood, in the fuse box. there should be a spot that says "tach". if there's a metal connector in there, then thats yous easiest shot. if not, or if its an ohv car, you probably need a tach adapter.
