i have an 00 4 door cavalier

my driver side and passenger windows aren't working the greatest, i thought it might have been the battery (just changed it yesterday) and its still not working. the windows go down fine but i gotta lift them with my hands while pushing the button to get them up loll.

anybody have this problem before? any advice how to fix it?

also my passenger power lock isn't working, the remote on my key chain cant lock/unlock it, it has to be manually locked or opened with a key, any advice?

the window is a common problem with the window motor
