my theory is my alternator died on me and drained my Redtop. it's at 60% charged. the person at O'Reilly autoparts store says they aren't supposed to charge Optimas w/ their machine. anyone know of a battery charger that is ok to use w/ the Optimas? supposed to return the battery they loaned me today so I need to get my battery charged instead of buyin a new battery and be able to go to the Bash this weekend. does Autozone, Advance, or NAPA have a safe battery charger? thanks for your help.
i was usin the lsj alternator bc i'm supercharged. had to throw on my stock alternator last night. goin to take the lsj alternator in to have it tested to see if it was actually the problem.

for a deep cycle I recommend throwing it on a trickle charger and letting it sit over night
thats what i did and it works fine now
