Noob needs help with choosing proper sub and amp
Tuesday, August 26, 2008 10:05 PM
First of the sub and amp i thinking of buying
sub- Soundstream RW-10
amp-Soundstream Di475.1

im not quite sure if i picked out the right amp for the sub

my other problem is i have a pre existing amp for my 4 cabin speakers

so i think of grabbing this (StreetWires PSK04BM multi-amp kit

I figured i need to use a 4 gauge wire to power both amps.

just need to make sure im going in the right direction

thx

I saw you buy my set up I'm selling !!!!! It's a JL Audio 12 W6-V2 in a sealed box with an Apline PDX 1.1000 amp.

i actually agree with him on this one. unless you plan on trading in the car anytime soon its always nice to lay down bigger wire then you need, you never know when you might feel the urge to upgrade to a more powerful amp and its nice to not have to worry about running all new wires. the price diffrence isnt that huge and your prepared for the future.
