so im upgrading the wireing in my car, speakers amps and subs, and the big three again. I want to put 8 gauge for my sub wiring, and 0 gauge for everything else incluiding the big 3. right now i have 4 guage for the big 3, would it be better to put 0 gauge on tghere or just leave it 4 gauge. what about the 8 gauge for the sub to the amp? sub amp 919 watts rms and 4 channel amp is 80 watts rms x4

an anp that small, I wouldnt even worry about it, you are using WAY too big of wire for your set-up, but it is good to have a big power and ground wire if you plan on upgrading in the future... For sub to amp, I would suggest nothing over a 14 guage wire... Try searching it, I am pretty sure it has been discussed b4...

yeah for that amount of power 12 or 14 gauge is fine. you wont gain anything with 8 gauge on something that small. as for that amp 0 gauge will be overkill as well. BUT i tend to go overkill on the power wires in case down the line you plan on upgrading and adding more power to your system your wiring is allready fine and u dont have to go thru the hassle of buying more wire and rerunning anything. for the power your running right now upgrading probalby isnt nessicary.
