My Rear Seat Delete

I have been stopping myself from posting due to me waiting until the car was finished however, with most of the community purchasing new cars and selling theirs daily I will start to unveil the car.

Some of you may remember the car it was first owned by Bagged95Cavy, I purchased it from him in 2006 and have been working on it since. I will be all over the forums shortly as soon as the pieces start coming together.

Here is my rear seat Bazooka Audio Setup. This is the liquid cooled system that will have lines going through each amp and speakers to keep the components cool while playing.

Shell of Box without subs

Amp Rack

Speakers/Amps installed (Ignore Gaskets that are used as spacers under speaker they need to be tightened before installing in car)

Final Product

Forgive the poor quality pictures (Iphone Camera Sucks) I will have better pictures once the pieces are installed back in the car. Waiting for other Fiberglass pieces to be finished.

I can't say you picked the best brand to go with, and I don't like the inverted look much. But I understand some people do... Aside from that you do some damn clean work! Keep it up dude, it looks top notch!

Keep in mind the car is going to be all show... honestly the only reason I bought them was for the liquid cooling. I couldn't find anything with a better presentation not to mention it is something "different' triangle vs a circle or square speaker. Thanks for the comments/opinions though!

i have to agree with JL on the brand but otherwise nice work, i do like the triangle design tho, its something different and looks good.

"I did it because I wanted to see what it would look like. You should be greatful that I even told you that it would look good. If your to dumb to use photoshop and change the color of your own car then you don't need to see it changed. I'm not going to give my work away. I'll sell the pic to you though for $15."-Adam Kalin

I know some of the sales team at both Bazooka and Mobile One since they are from Louisiana if I ever have a problem I can get it resolved rather quickly.

only thing that sucks is the lack of cone area for a triangle speaker.

looks like pretty clean work. only thing that i would have changed would have been to made the opening in the sub box match the subs exactly instead of how the sub box comes to points at the corners of the subs, just throws it off a little. and then the wrinkle in your amp bases. other then that it looks pretty clean as far as i can tell from the pics.

Jason,

Thanks for pointing out that wrinkle... I never even noticed it. That will surely be gone in final product! The box came out rather good if I tell you the story which is what I should do right?

A guy in Canada built it for me he does all my fiberglass work I tell him what I want he fabricates it, paints and ships. So being that i'm located in Louisiana and he's in Canada with only the specs of the speakers we made some adjustments and made it come out to what it is. I actually wanted to mount the subs the "normal" way in the box, but whenever the final product arrived the magnet would not clear the holes unless I started to cut which would probably lead to weakening of the design etc. So I modified the orignal design and mounted them inverted.

I should have a center console with 10" lcd molded in it coming from him soon i'll be sure to post pictures upon arrival (next 2 weeks hopefully).

I hope not, that was my idea of getting the liquid cooling when people get a glance at that, they usually don't notice the small things. We'll see how it goes.
