Just installed my avn6620bt into the cav and i need to know where and what color the vss signal wire and reverse wire is located at. I want all my features to work on this unit. and before anyone says "were not telling you because you will override your governor", i already had a switch hooked up to it and i put it back together and have hp tuners to override my governor. so with that said, any help would be much appreciated..... thanks guys.

well if you had a switch hooked up to it then you know where it is...
a. theres 2 wires at the vss, not sure on whats what polarity wise.
b. i want the wire inside the car, not in the engine bay. ive read that theres a green/white wire at the cluster but my car doesnt have it.

I don't have my haynes right here but I think yellow is the signal. Hopefully someone ca verify. As far as the reverse thing goes, are you sure you don't need the park/brake interlock?
reverse is used to activate the reverse camera.

anyone? someone on here had to of at one point in time find out what the reverse activation wire is inside the car. i wanna get this done so i can put my dash back together.

I wonder if you can track the wire back from your tail lights? Even if it's not the same wire I wonder if you could use it anyway since you're really only looking for a switch right?
ok i have a request.... anyone who has an f23 transmission, can you look at your reverse switch right below the shifter linkage on the transmission and tell me what color the wires are that go into the reverse switch? its a white switch, i currently have nothing in my engine bay and all the connectors look the same so i cant tell what plug goes where.....
