size of the fuse you use is determined by the wire. allot of people size their fuse based on what audio equipmenty they use instead of fusing it for the wire. fuse size based on wire is the way to go. dont have any close up pics of mine right now but just follow the stock wires and replace them with the bigger wires. no real need for pics.

same spot as stock, just replaced it with a larger size. down by the tranny, one of the large bolts near the battery side.

The alt positive is right behind the dipstick a little ways down, covered by a black boot. Just so you know, you can't use set screw type terminals if you're doing 0 ga cause the nut wont fit. I found it easiest to get the boot off and route the wire from under the car, and taking the nut on and off from the top of the car.

thanks. I did everything else in 0 gauge and doing alt in 4 gauge as 0 gauge will just ruin the alt over time....

On mine, I grounded the Battery with a 0awg to teh Factory Location, Then a 0awg to the Bolt on the top of the transmission housing, then a 0awg all the way to the rear of the car to the rear battery.

I also left the factory ground where it was.

For the positive side, I took out my alt., had it upgraded at that time I added 4awg wire to the alt. I ran that to the battery terminal. Then a 0awg runs to the rear along with the gournd for the 2nd battery.

This is where my ANL fuse holder is mounted, The JL fuse holder allows almost any direction for the wire to go in/out. This cam in handy.

0awg to the rear, 4awg to the alt.

The Rear Battery. It has 3 0awg grounds as well. 1 from the wire that comes up front, 1 to the chassis and 1 to the distribution block for the amps.

The final product
