ok, so my radio was having problems, and i found one on ebay for 28 shipped, so i got it. ok, now it says loc on it, so i tried doing what a certain writeup said to do, but when i hold the 2+3 button down, nothing happens...so, here's my ?. do i need to have the radio resprogrammed for my car at a dealership, or should i just assume that either the 2, 3, or both buttons don't work?

I would say go with your first answer, It has a theftlock securtiy kel that doesnt match your car. There in lies your problem

yea, i've heard some ppl need to go to a dealership, some ppl don't...i guess it depends on what settings the original car had for the radio...i have an appointment on wed to wait 1.5 hours, and pay $53 for my radio to be programmed...sigh...ripoff...

yea, i'm about to kick my own ass for not doing that...i figured if i can get an ebay stock one for cheap, i would just do that for now, and over the summer i would work on my sound system...oh well...it gives me something else to regret!... :-(
