So I installed a pioneer avh-p4000dvd in my cavalier yesterday with a cd-i200 ipod cable and a toggle switch for the e-brake. Well I have having what I think are 2 un related issues.
Issue number 1, I hook the ipod cable up to the ipod, and it displays that the ipod is connected and shows the info, but I get no sound.
Issue number 2, I hooked up the toggle switch and installed a dvd, it turns off the saftey screen but then my screen is black but plays the dvd. It plays cd's and the radio fine, but the 2 functions I would like to see work don't seem to.
