Hi there. My friend has a 1990 Cavalier 2door that I'm looking at putting HID's in.
I have a couple questions and concerns though. I don't want to buy a plug & play kit, because of the glare that's associated with it. Is there a recommended retrofit that would work with it? If not, is it possible to pick up HID-compatible projectors from somewhere?

there a few things you can do

But BMW headlights with hid projectors the E36 i do beleave
Buy projectors and every thing to do the retrofit and make clear lens
Do the retrofit with out the clear lens they will have alittle glare but not much...

i had 10,000k hids in my 91 and never got flashed

I have a HID reflector based kit for sale, including lexus ballasts and phillips bulbs if you're interested.

i know someone selling kits which is named" bi-xenon projector lens light".That won't glare other drivers.Works quite good!!!!!!!!!!!!
