i was reading the one of the Interior stickeys and it says that you need a resistor in between your battery and your leds but i have leds as under glow and i wired them straight to the battery with just a togle switch between them its worked good so far why hasent it blown the leds like raptor said
the strips have resistores built in probably. Hes talkign about buying single leds.
If you have UB, then the LED's already have the proper built-in resistors on the circuit board.
If you were to wire individual LED's in you would need resistors because LED's require very little voltage to "ignite" when you car puts out 12.
yeah i got ub's and they do have chip in the case the leds are mounted in i just checked i have been wondering why the battery dident fry them
