Are you implying more than one 15? Hope you have enough amp for that. And ditch the cap.

Haha it wont but youll definitely need to get on getting some more power or youll be wasting your money.
I underpowered my Type R with 300 watts for awhile. It did the job but it definitely opened up a ton when I got 1k going to it.
Can you run those master/slave?

ummm not sure, dont feel like goin to look. My end goal is to be running 2 15" BTL's and either a single 4000 watt amp or dual 2000 watt amps. this setup i have now is my first multi-amp setup and im not really lookin forward to the headache a multi-amp setup incurs but who knows, maybe with all the practice i got tunin/tweakin this one will make doin the next one easier. you ever hear a BTL in person??

Better start saving. You're going to need some electrical to back all of that up (alternator and multiple bats). Plus wire, a 4 channel to keep up with the bass, etc...
I doubt youll even have enough air in your trunk toi buil a proper box for both of those unless you arfent going for a turnked setup........

yea i did a design for 2 12" btls in a half wall in the back at 2.5 cu ft after displacment for each sub and it barley fit. its gunna be really tight for 2 15" btl's. good luck.
im suggesting the aq 3500 for this set up. great amp at a low cost.

You dont want really tight. You want perfect for the sub. Youre wasting your money if youre going to pay out the ass for one of those subs and not build the box to the right size.

Pics of said half wall. If it's just a closed off trunk box, you're banned from posting in this section ever again.

You need a cleaner install with that wiring man. Make a trip to Omaha and let me install everything
Seriously though, when you get your new stuff, take a step back, look at the stuff you have and the room for it, and really plan out where to run everything so all your wiring is hidden. Makes a world of difference.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

you're in timeout. go now. im willing to bet it can be done since he will listen to those of us who have done big boxes in the trunk before. You will listen right? We have alot of ideas. cut some sheet metal and bam all set.

BTL enclosuire Recomendations
your gunna need 6-10 cu ft of airspace plus port i owuld see that as being very difficult to do in a trunk. i guess if oyu turn the entire trunk into a box you could do it but damn that would be alot of work.
and how long am i on time out?

8.2 cubes in my trunk. Was done, have pics to prove it.

Yup. 7.2 cubes after displacement. Could probably have fit more.

Ummm half wall is out of the question. I forgot to mention i dont have my cavy anymore so im in the process of gettin a dif. car. Im probably gonna go with a late 90s Jeep Cherokee cuz i like the look of em plus 6-10 cubes is nothing in those lolz. but yeah i ordered the BTL today on a side note, gonna get some videos up of me givin demos with the current system and then the 15 once installed just to show dif reactions. Oh and in response to the wiring comment, it was 1230 at night after spending a few hours on installin everything so i just ran the damn wires and left em. Pics comin soon

What part isn't clear? the 8.2 cubes before subs are in, or the 7.2 cubes with subs in?

Sorry for jumping you about space then. Probably wouldve been good to mention that before haha.
Sorry for seeming to offend you.. I take great pride in clean installs. I don't care if it's 4am. If I chose that time of night to do the install, I would either finish cleaning it up in the morning, or continue until it was clean. Again, I guess it offends you to give you advice. Keep making messy installs for the sake of being lazy and in a hurry.

actually this comment offended me more than anything but im sure ate 4 am you WOULD take the time to hide every wire, but you know what? i could care less cuz ultimately i paid for my systema and car and you paid for your system and car and neither of the two affect each other so all is good.
and sunfire your ok, it was my fault for not mentionin that "small" fact in the beginning

yea that would have been nice to know! lol
