hey everyone i'm trying to install my friends system with a line output converter. but the converter doesn't have a remote spot so i need to attach it to a wire in the car...if anyone can give me a specific colour and where to find the wire that'd be great lol...she drives a 2007 pontiac g5 thanks a lot!

zomghipicsofyouandfriend?

Use any ignition wire, you could use an add-a-circuit off of the radio wire in the fuse box.

Go to the PASSENGER side of the car, on the side panel for the Center Console, you can see it removes. Pull it off, there is a fuse panel behind it. There is a lot of wires in there, if you look at the LARGE reqtangle RED plug there should be a PINK wire. Test that with the ignition. That should turn on and off with the key. Good thing is that it is directly below the radio so it will be easy to get to later if they swithc the radio out.

That's right, the G5 is just like the Cobalt. I forgot about that. James is dead on.
