No High Beams, No Odometer

I have a 98 Sunfire that I use as a daily driver, I've had electrical problems since I bought it about a year ago. The low beams work, but the highs do not. The indicator light for the high beams is lit when the low beams are on, sometimes the high beams indicator light will flash intermittently with the left turn signal arrow. When I hit the high beams switch, the head lights go dead but the indicator light stays lit. The odometer is dead all the time, I'm not even sure how many miles are on the car. I'm pretty sure the problem is a bad relay, but I have no idea which one. Anyone else have this problem?, or know what a possible solution might be? I don't really want to take the car to a mechanic, I bought it for $200, I don't want to spend large amounts of money on it, thanks in advance

The bulb on the odo goes bad sometimes. Mine will cut out sometimes. I just smack the dash pad and the odo will go back on.

Sounds like a BCM problem.
