Alright, my brother called me up the other night and told me that his blinkers were not working in his 03 cav. I then told him to flip on his hazards to see if those work. That solved his blinkers from not working, but he is driving on an hour ride back up to college so he has his cruise control on. Whenever he flips on his blinker either left or right, it deactivates his cruise control. My question is, what is causing the problem. and is there any way we could fix it.

Also a few days before, he got a front end alignment for his wheels. I dont know if that could factor into anything but its just something that he did before this problem occurs.

Correction: cruise control only turns off when he turns on the right blinkers

I'd put my money on a bad switch. Those circuits are alll contained in that one arm.
