i have a 99 cavalier 2.2 no fog lights. and the other day i turned on my car and the driving running lights were not coming on then i tried to turn on my headlights.. those would not come on either... but my high beams are working... so im not really sure what my problem is.. any sugeations... should i start looking at the fuse pr at the lights themselves? thanks for any info on the matter in advance

This should be in the maintenance forum, but either way...

Check fuses, if they look good replace the bulbs. If that doesn't work, double check the fuses with an ohmeter. If you don't have one, just replace the fuses since it will be cheaper than buying one. 9/10 that will fix your problem.
