Speaker and power windows

Wow what a day. So my power windows will not roll up nor down..i had the spal installed and the swithces light up, which tells me they are getting power but when i press the button, nothing happens and i didnt do anything to them, so i had to go buy a manual crank to roll up my windows...On top of that my driver side speaker does not work and it is the only one that does not work.. It just stopped i dont know if i blew it which i dont see how..They are infinity references and are ran with the 6x9's in the back to a hifonics zeus 680 4 channel amp...I tired seeing if any wires may be messed up but didnt see any and i checked my fuses for the windows and they all seem to be intact and working...What is weird the guy who installed my stuff somehow has my radio coming on or conected with the fuse that says f/p inject..there is a wire running in there and when i take it out the radio does not work until i put it back in and when i put that wire in the fuse that says rdo then it stays on even when the car is off...im lost and confused??

So... what?

Have you pulled the door apart to check if the connection on the speaker is loose?
It could be a blown speaker, a loose wire, a loose connection at the amp, a loose connection at the deck, a bad output at the deck or amp or one of many other unusual things.

If you had this work done by someone, why not just get it warrantied?

If you don't use a module for decks in the newer Cavs, you have to tap an accessory circuit.. f/p inject is probably an ignition circuit which is almost as good. Should have tapped the wipers, but it's not a big deal if you haven't noticed it.

Well. In a normal setup, you would have a two pairs of RCAs running from the deck to the amp. If one of those plugs came loose (at the deck or at the amp) it could stop the one speaker from playing.

There should be a connector and wires going to the door, just 2 wires for the power windows. Check and see if they get power when you hit the switch.
